LOGHAT ARABI HISTORY

Loghat Arabi: Journal of Arabic Language and Arabic Language Education, (also called Loghat Arabi)

  • 2019 (July): the beginning of Loghat Arabi was born, made in Makkah al-Mukarramah (Hotel Revan al-Mashaer) when the Managing Editor "Hamzah" joined Daurah Tadribiyah Shaifiyyah Angk. XI at Umm al-Qura University Makkah al-Mukarramah.
  • 2019: Loghat Arabi entered into a collaboration (MoU) with the Arabic Language Professional Association, namely IMLA Indonesia.
  • 2020: Initial publication of volume 1 issue 1 June 2020 with 6 manuscripts.
  • 2020: Volume 1 Issue 2 December 2020 to volume 3 issue 2 December 2022, the number of manuscripts published is 5 manuscripts per issue consistently.
  • 2022: Proposals for Initial Accreditation of the Loghat Arabi Journal will begin to be submitted to Arjuna. The prerequisite criteria for proposing SINTA Accreditation have been met; Have published at least 2 volumes and 4 issues within 2 years. Loghat Arabi is also OJS, indexed in Google Scholar, has a DOI Crossref prefix, and is registered with GARUDA and Moraref.
  • 2022: Loghat Arabi enters into a collaboration (MoU) with the Indonesian Arabic Language Study Journal Management Association (PPJKBA) under the auspices of the Indonesian PP-PBA Arabic Language Study Professional Association.
  • 2023: Loghat Arabi has been announced as a National SINTA 4 accredited journal by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Republic of Indonesia) on the Arjuna page (National Journal Accreditation) Number: 225/E/KPT/2022 starting from Volume 1 Number 1 2020 to Volume 5 Number 2 2024.
  • 2023: After the Loghat Arabi Journal was announced as accredited at SINTA with a rating of 4, Loghat Arabi changed the appearance of the template to suit Assessor Arjuna's input in order to be of better quality by using a new template starting from publication of volume 4 issue 1 June 2023 until today.
  • 2023: Loghat Arabi in volume 4 issue 1 June 2023 begins to increase the number of article manuscripts to be published to 11 manuscripts published per issue to date, considering that there are more and more people interested in and manuscripts entering Loghat Arabi.
